Our leads come in two sizes: Small (130 cm) and Medium (160 cm). We recommend measuring your pet to find the best fit.
How should I care for my Mon Petit Amour Manolo products?
To maintain the quality of our products, we recommend gently cleaning them with a soft cloth and avoiding exposure to harsh chemicals or excessive moisture. When lead is not in use, it is best to store it in it's material case.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We take pride in the quality of our products and aim to deliver them in perfect condition. If your order arrives spoiled, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days at orders@monpetitamourmanolo.com to initiate a return.
Returns are only accepted if the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions for approved returns. Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please note non-returnable items include custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards.
